Hobbies: Riding all bikes, driving with girlfriend.

Training: My training varies for different times of the year and for different events and diciplines, usually between 10 - 25 hours per week.

Diet: I maintain a healthy diet, lots of pasta, chicken. Pasta is my favorite.

How I got started: My Dad used to compete when he was younger. I saw his medals and decided thats what I wanted to do, so I joined a cycling club when I was 11 and started racing when I was 12.

Why I like my bikes: I like my bikes because they all look amazing and ride even better, light weight and stiff. Gives me the power and speed to help get the results.

Type of riding: I do a lot of Mountain Biking, Road, Cycle-cross and the occasional time trial, all competing at National - International level.

Idols: Lance Armstrong, his ability to recover from cancer and win 7 Tour de France races is amazing and his clinmbing ability is excellent.
